Our Story

Who We Are

PERMODALAN SATOK BERHAD (PSB) is a real estate investment company and a 100% subsidiary of Yayasan Hartanah Bumiputera Sarawak (1169441-V).

Established under the Companies Act 1965 on 28th September 2010, PSB was created as a Special Purpose Entity to focus on real estate investments in urban areas.

Officially launched on 22nd June 2014 by the late Chief Minister of Sarawak, The Right Honourable Tan Sri Dr. Hj Adenan bin Hj Satem, PSB has received recognition from both the Federal and State governments since its inception.

The company’s principal activity is investment holding, with the primary objective of increasing Bumiputera ownership of commercial properties in Satok, while achieving steady returns and long-term capital growth.

Company Objectives

Our Aim

Provide an opportunity to increase Bumiputera ownership of prime commercial properties in Satok area.

Establish a regular income stream and consistently to investors especially beneficial ownership of the property by sale and reinvest the arrangement.

Provide opportunities for Bumiputera investors to be part of its real estate investments fair and balanced.

PSB takes a comprehensive approach to the developments by increasing its stake in the commercial property sector in Satok.
